A Memorandum of Cooperation has been signed between the Georgian Technical University and the Energy Training Center, established by the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission (GNERC). The Memorandum was signed by the University’s Rector, David Gurgenidze, and the GNERC Chairman, David Narmania.
The memorandum aims to foster collaboration in the fields of electricity, natural gas, water supply, and irrigation. Key objectives include the exchange of knowledge and expertise, raising public awareness, developing joint scientific and educational initiatives, organizing thematic conferences and academic forums, and enhancing the skills and competencies of the Georgian Technical University students and staff.
According to David Narmania, the GNERC Chairman, the goal of the cooperation between the Energy Training Center and the Georgian Technical University is to strengthen ties with the academic community and support the professional growth of students through active cooperation.
