A trilateral cooperation memorandum was signed between the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission (GNERC), ISET Policy Institute and The Elizbar Eristavi Energy Training Center. The agreement was signed by the chairman of GNERC, Davit Narmania, the director of ISET Policy Institute, Tamar Sulukhia and the director of the Energy Training Center, Nugzar Beridze.

The purpose of cooperation is to implement joint educational, research and other projects in the electricity, natural gas and water supply sectors, to raise public awareness of current issues. In order to achieve the goals of the memorandum, the parties, within their competences, will contribute to the formation of voluntary cooperation based on the principles of mutual understanding and respect, ensure the joint implementation of round tables, conferences and various activities.
