A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission (GNERC), Levan Mikeladze Diplomatic Training and Research Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia and Elizbar Eristavi Energy Training Center operating at GNERC.

The Memorandum was signed by GNERC Chairman - Davit Narmania, the Director of the diplomatic training and research institute - Irine Dakhundaridze and the Director of the Energy Training Center - Nugzar Beridze.

The purpose of the Memorandum is to raise awareness of GNERC and Energy Training Center employees in the field of diplomacy, to plan and implement joint professional, educational and research projects, programs, courses, various academic events.
