A memorandum was signed between the Elizbar Eristavi Energy Training Center operating under the Georgian National Energy And Water Supply Regulatory Commission (GNERC) and the Energy Regulators Regional Association  (ERRA). The agreement was signed by the director of the Energy Training Center, Mr. Nugzar Beridze  and the Vice Chairman of ERRA, Mr. Pal Shagvari.         

The purpose of the memorandum signed between the parties is to share information and experience on issues of common interests of the Energy Training Center and the Energy Regulators Regional Association, in connection with strengthening the capacity of energy regulation. The agreement will illustrate and demonstrate the broad nature of activities in which the parties can participate and identify issues related to the exchange of information and regulatory practices. The parties jointly determine specific activities and issues.
