Mr. Giga Nadiradze has been working in GNERC on various positions since 2014. Since 2019, he has been the director of the water supply department. Since 2015 - a member of the Union of Regulatory Commissions of the Water Supply Sector (WAREG). Giga Nadiradze worked for years at the United Water Supply Company of Georgia, the Ministry of Defense of Georgia. He was the chief engineer of the construction of the water supply systems of Tetnuldi resort.

Mr.  Nadiradze is a PhD student at the Technical University. He holds a master's degree in business technology and a bachelor's degree in hydraulic engineering. He also holds a master's degree in water supply management at AgroParistech University (France).

Mr. Giga Nadiradze has been awarded the Sachsen Wasser Company’s certificate in supervising the construction of water supply/wastewater systems, and the Corporate Finance Institute’s certificate  in  financial accounting. He holds the qualification of a trainer in the direction of construction and supervision of water supply systems (Zurab Zhvania School of Public Administration), he is the winner of the improved regional water supply competition.
