Mr. Temur Tordinava is a Master of Public Administration (Zurab Zhvania Georgian Institute of Public Affairs - GIPA). He has completed a professional development training program in modern management issues in the USA. Mr.t Tordinava's research areas include energy, self-government, preschool education and European integration.

Mr. Temur Tordinava currently holds the position of consultant of GNERC's office, and the field of his consulting activity is the activity of the Energy Training Center. In different periods, he worked as the executive director of the Caucasian Institute of Economic and Social Research (CIESR), as the director of the  Kindergarten Management Agency of Tbilisi, as an expert and coordinator in various projects, and as a national consultant of the Interagency Council for Early and Preschool Education Law and Reform in the Parliament of Georgia (UNICEF).
